One of the great joys of ministry is that there is always good work to be done! Much of our ministry at FBS is held together by fantastic volunteers, but some tasks require the focus of an employed position. From seasonal internships to part time positions to full time ministry positions, our church occasionally has opportunities to expand its church staff to accomplish our ministry goals.

FBS Kids Director
Join our team as the KIDS DIRECTOR, providing hands-on leadership, equipping our 1st-3rd grade kids ministry in partnership with our Preteen Director, creating and engaging Christ-centered experiences on Sundays and Wednesdays, equipping volunteers, enriching the environment to encourage kids to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ
FBS Preschool Associate Director
Join our team as the PRESCHOOL ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, providing spiritual and strategic leadership, supporting the Preschool Ministry, providing oversight to birth to 5k staff and volunteers, creating and engaging Christ-centered experiences on Sundays and Wednesdays, where babies and preschoolers begin their faith journey
Youth Ministry Associate
Join our team as one of two YOUTH MINISTRY ASSOCIATES, providing spiritual and strategic leadership for students in 6th-12th grade, supporting the Lead Youth Minister, creating Christ-centered experiences on Sundays and Wednesdays, focusing on relational discipleship, volunteer team building, and events. We are hiring one person to lead young men and one person to lead young women.
Special Needs Director
Join our team as the SPECIAL NEEDS DIRECTOR, providing leadership and care for children, teens, and adults with special needs and their families, equipping and empowering volunteers to create safe and engaging Christ-centered environments where every individual is welcomed, known, and discipled according to their unique abilities, collaborating with multiple ministries across the church to provide support, and accessibility to individuals, families and partnering ministries

Donor Communications Manager
The Donor Communications Manager is all about the donor experience, from the first touch to building long-term relationships. You’ll be the voice of ALIGHT through discovery, onboarding, retention, engagement, thanking, and growing donor relationships. This role focuses on communications and stewardship, not major-gift cultivation. You’ll create and maintain ALIGHT’s donor communications strategy, including appeals, newsletters, devotional pieces, welcome series, thank-you notes, impact reports, and campaign creative to turn one-time givers into committed monthly partners and keep existing donors engaged.
