One of the great joys of ministry is that there is always good work to be done! Much of our ministry at FBS is held together by fantastic volunteers, but some tasks require the focus of an employed position. From seasonal internships to part time positions to full time ministry positions, our church occasionally has opportunities to expand its church staff to accomplish our ministry goals.

Director of Women’s Ministry
Join our team as the Director of Women’s Ministry, helping lead, encourage, and care for the women of our church through the Groups and Discipleship Team. This role provides vision and direction for women’s ministry while creating opportunities for women to grow in their faith, build meaningful community, and be equipped to make disciples who make disciples.
