The Winter Weekend main entrance will be the Hangar main doors across from Spill The Beans. This parking lot will be closed for ministry use only. It will be the drop-off and pick-up location, as well as a parent waiting area. The address is 101 North Liberty Street. Please use this parking lot for your convenience. For specific drop-off and pick-up times, please see the schedule above.

Note: If your student may need to come & go from the event, please let us know as it would be helpful for our team to be aware. Please email aroper@fbs.org for approval.

If you have any general questions or there is an emergency, please call or text (864) 481-0559. Someone from our staff team will always be available.

Please note the times of the schedule for arrival each day. For general check-in on Friday, please use the Hangar main enterence. Once a student arrives, they will check-in by recieved their nametag and t-shirt for the weekend. It is important for us to know they have arrived. Reminder the address is: 101 North Liberty Street.

• Friday Evening: Pizza Buffet
• Saturday Morning: Grab & Go Breakfast
• Saturday Lunch: Chick-fil-a Sandwich Box
• Saturday Evening: Burgers, Hotdogs, Chili and Baked Beans
• Sunday Morning: Catered Hot Breakfast

Dietary restrictions and requests must be sent to rlanford@fbs.org by Friday, January 24th.

Here are some guidelines:

• Phones are allowed, but must be used appropriately
• Dress appropriately, it will be cold and we will spend time outdoors on Saturday
• Please do not bring anything valuable, other than phones
• Bible, pen, notebook/journal
• Cash for apparel, if applicable

• Drivers needed for transportation to the FBS Recreation Fields
• Group Leaders needed lead student small groups and provide general guidance.
• Food Team needed to assist with the distribution of meals.
• Crew Games Team needed to assist with our games
• Set-up/Clean-Up Team needed
