WHAT TO EXPECT
This Summer, we begin to transition rising 6th grade students into the YTH (youth) ministry. This is a really exciting time, but also challenging in many ways. Our goal is to partner with you, students, leadership and The Kid Depot to make it the best we can.
Here are a few helpful steps we recommend you take as you prepare:
- Sign-up for all communication so that you’re in the loop from day 1.
- Attend the “House Call” & meet the YTH staff team.
- Volunteer to serve in the ministry: For more info, click the “Next Steps” tab and scroll down.
- Make sure you and your student read take time to read the YTH Code. Read other documents like the apparel policy, device policy and minsitry information.
- Make sure your student is consistent on Sundays and Wednesdays. We know it may be hard at first, but consistency will build connectivity.
