Please pray the LORD heals my heart of past hurt and past failures and sets me free from the pain of my past. Pray that the Lord will set me free from a people pleasing attitude and instead have a Jesus pleasing attitude and action. That the Lord will bring about a fresh anointing of daily of the Holy Spirit in my life and that He will enable me to glorify Him in every way and fulfill the purpose for which He created me and to fulfill His calling on my life. That He will remove the things in my life that He does not want to be there and fill my life with all the things He wants there. That each day He will increase my hunger for His Word and His presence and that through Him I can be the husband, dad, and pastor that He has called me to be for His glory. That He will give me a boldness to proclaim His Word each time He blesses me to be a vessel of His and to speak His Word. That He would bless my family in every way and lead my family into a close relationship with Jesus Christ.

Holidays are an extremely hard time of the year for me. I have extreme anxiety. Most of the time I am able to keep myself under control. During this time of year I don’t tend to be as successful with that. The craziness of the holiday rush, children, work, just life... sets me in a spin. I tend to spiral out of control. I need prayer for guidance, the ability to see and her what God is trying to say. The ability to trust that God’s got this I just need to let him have the control.
