I wanted to update my prayer request for Amy. Her surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from the muscle of her stomach is scheduled for tomorrow. I just received this note from her and I will pass it on
the give you the specifics: Thank you so much. I have to be at Duke at 8:30 am. Surgery is scheduled for 10:30 am. We are leaving around 6:30 am because of traffic and the rain that is predicted. I appreciate all of your prayers.

Updated Urgent Prayer Request: Please continue to pray for my Mother Darlene. The CT Scan showed today a blockage in my Mom's Ureter we will see the Urologist tomorrow. Please pray for peace and that everything will be alright surgery is very possible. Please pray no infections and this will all go well. My Mother has been so sick. I am seeking prayers for my son, Jayson. He has just been diagnosed with Aggressive Frontotemporal Dementia. There is no cure, there is no treatment, only the healing power of God can destroy this horrid disease. He was saved and baptized when he was 12, but his life choices the past many years have not been good and I fear for his salvation. I'm asking for prayer for the Holy Spirit to draw him back to Himself and for healing. A healing so miraculous, he will have no choice but to be one of the best witnesses for the power of our God for those who are lost.
