I have diabetes and a mental illness. I need the energy to continue working out. So in the name of the Lord I pray that I be given the inspiration to do so, the energy to do so, that I sleep at night and stop waking up at 3 in the morning wanting to drink coffee. I drink way too much coffee. I hope to be completely toned one day so I pray for that also, but most diabetics who exercise do it to maintain their weight. I seem to be slacking at it lately.

Please pray for my church family. Our pastor Darell passed away from COVID on Friday. A half dozen church members including his wife are in hospital and two are in ICU. There are about a half dozen more with milder cases at home.
