I am having issues with it not fun anymore but using fun as an excuse to be lazy and not work hard with my volleyball team and my assistant coach does't not know volleyball but also he keeps saying that the JV team which he coaches is not ready for varsity yet they keep beating my varsity So I want to bring some of them up but he has convince them they are not ready I need help I need so much help it very depressing I love coaching but this is the last straw
