FREE Backyard Bible Club!

Coming to a neighborhood near you!

The week of August 2, 2020

WHAT DO WE NEED?  We are looking for locations and leaders to hold Backyard Bible Clubs all over (The HUB), Spartanburg.  Just complete the info at the link to the left and we’ll be in touch with details.   Be prepared to attend a leader training meeting on July 19 or 22.  You can choose the days and times your club will meet that will work best the week of August 2nd.

WHAT DOES A LEADER DO?  Gather a group of friends together (neighbors, Life Group, D-Group, KY family, etc) to make their Backyard Bible Club just the way they want.  We will provide curriculum and craft supplies.  You do the rest.  A sample schedule will be provided, but you should adjust to what works best for you and your group.  Signs and Invitations will be provided to canvas your neighborhood to let friends know what is happening.  

WHAT IF YOU DON’T HAVE A GREAT BACKYARD TO USE?  Think creatively what would work best for your club and the dynamics of your neighborhood.  (ie. park in your neighborhood, community center, neighbors house, cul-de-sac, you name it and make it the best!)   

WHAT IF YOU CAN’T LEAD OR HOST AT YOUR HOME?  there are many ways you can help us make this week a success.  Find a club near you and send snacks there, share our social media posts and most of all Pray for each club!  Ask the club leader what they need.  They may think of something we don’t!

Registration will happen at each site the first day you attend.  Parents aren’t required to stay, but are welcome to.  Masks are not required to attend and snacks will vary per club.
