I was diagnosed with colitis in February. My doctor recommended treatment by infusion therapy. I decided to move forward. Treatment began June 4. This is the only option for me as far as treatment is concerned. I am a transplant recipient of seventeen years. My boyfriend does not think I should do the treatment because of side effects. I can lose my colon without treatment and my liver could be damaged worse by not treating. Please pray that my boyfriend will understand my decision. We have been together eighteen years this past weekend. He is a Christian and attends church every Sunday.
