Our Winter Bible Studies are in full swing and new Spring Bible Studies are also being listed.   Contact Kathy Hurry in the Education Office at 864-699-4207 or by email at khurry@fbs.org for registration information.    Also, please visit our Ladies Bible Study listing under Women's Ministry for updates.  Unless otherwise stated, all workbooks must be paid for in advance with registration.   Childcare will be available on Tuesday mornings with registration, and without registration on Wednesday evenings for Bible Studies meeting at the facility.

Exodus:  Let My People Go (23 Weeks) by Kay Arthur.  Watch Moses develop as a leader.    See God deliver His people by judging their enemies.  Learn powerful truths about His ways.  A remarkably practical study of deliverance, redemption, the Law, and the Tabernacle.

Leviticus: A Holy God, A Holy People (7 weeks) by Kay Arthur.  What do sacrifices, priesthoods, and feasts teach us about how we can be holy and worship God properly.  This excellent study will help you understand the relationship between the Old and New Testaments.

Entrusted (6 Weeks) By Beth Moore.  You have been entrusted with a great and mighty gift, the Gospel.  In this Bible Study of 2 Timothy, Beth will encourage you to guard the gift entrusted to you, further the kingdom of God by witnessing to others, and mentor younger generations of women to live out their faith.  Women will learn how to continue in ministry despite hardships, guard the spiritual gift entrusted to them, and stay the course, living a life of faithfulness.

The Power of the Psalms

The Book of Psalms consists of prayers, poems, and hymns that focus the worshipper's thoughts on God in praise and adoration.  They are not from the scholar, but were birthed of real-life, teaching us that the most profound prayer of all is a cry for help.  Can we count the times e have needed the sustaining and directive power of the Psalms.

Current study is in the Book of John.  Whether you have time each week or can only come occasionally, the Wednesday Men's Bible Study offers men from all walks of life the opportunity to unite for the purpose of prayer, Bible Study, and fellowship.  On a weekly basis, an email is sent out that provides the discussion questions for that week as well as the prayer requests from the group.  This low pressure atmosphere is an opportunity to dive into God's Word while getting to know other men in the community.
