Our First Impressions Team is bringing a fresh look to our facility through signage, carpeting, bathroom renovations, and more. This team has been given the task of making sure when visitors step on our campus they feel welcome. They strived for excellence throughout the renovation of our sanctuary. Now from the vested parking lot greeters to the welcome center personnel, to those they will meet in the service, visitors should know that FBS is a warm and friendly place to be.

First Impressions worked hard to create a new brand and logo so that those outside our church family would know right away what is important to us.

• A visitor determines whether or not he or she will ever return to our church within the first 11 minutes of being on our property.

• Our church website was visited 287,349 times in 2008 alone. First Impressions will enable us to increase our attention and investment in this exciting new “front door” to our church.         

• Clear and easy to navigate signage is listed as one of the key factors in helping new members feel at home.
