Christmas! It’s the most wonderful time of the year! A time to celebrate the birth of our Savior and share His love. A time to reach out to those in the community through Christmas in Spartanburg right here at First Baptist Spartanburg.
Christmas for Others
involves helping children in our community who might not otherwise be able to celebrate this joyous holiday. We will begin with a meal in the dining hall followed by a Christmas program in the Hangar. Each child is given individual attention by their sponsors, fed a meal, presented the Christmas Story and Christ’s love for them, and sent home with some of their wish list presents.
This opportunity is a meaningful way to be the hands and feet of Christ right here in our own neighborhoods. And there are many ways to become involved: sponsor a child, give monetarily, serve a meal, hand out treats, or simply lend a helping hand. To sponsor a child or to become involved, contact Rhonda Lanford at 699.4224 in the Student Ministry Office.
“The harvest is plentiful....” Will you be the one?
Christmas at E. P. Todd
sponsored by our MPACT Ministry. This project supports our partnership with E. P. Todd (and our Good News Club). We are sponsoring over 60 children and having a party for them (date TBD) in the E. P. The Kid Depot: A Piece of Christmas

Helping Center
is providing a few presents for children in need who come to us for other kinds of help.
